"We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we found that they were rather rigid when it came to use of the shuttle service to and from their other resort. We stayed at the Resort on our last night and after dinner in town, had waited for the shuttle from a nearby cafe in full view of the Hotel. But when we made our way to the lobby, we were told that the shuttle had left. This was truly impossible but the staff insisted that we had arrived late and would have to wait another hour for the next shuttle. Meanwhile, another couple had arrived and had also 'missed' the shuttle. It would not have been difficult to arrange for the shuttle given that it had not arrived in the first place and would have taken a mere 10 minutes from the Resort. So, we decided to take our own initiative and hire a tuk tuk since the staff were not forthcoming or helpful. This was only one incident during our stay and was enough to negate most of the friendliness we had felt during our 2 night stay at the Villa Santi Resort."

The Villa Santi Resort is located only 6kms away from the World Heritage Site where the original Villa Santi hotel is located, only 10 minutes away by car. The decor sits in over 10-hectares of beautiful gardens and valleys, surrounded by mountains and natural stream leading down to the Mekong River. The boutique resort features finest dining venues including restaurants and bars, and also features fitness facilities including outdoor swimming pool, fitness club, tennis, badminton, horseback riding, trekking and spa.
